Lotus of the Celestial Palace

In collaboration with Oliva Xu, this project developed motion visuals for composer Jinbo Zhang’s work Lotus of the Celestial Palace, which was featured at the CalArts Expo. The visuals draw on traditional Chinese ink aesthetics—using techniques like ink splashes, diffusion, and layered 3D effects to respond dynamically to the music’s emotional and narrative flow.
